Among her certifications, Valeria is a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist GUILD Level, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council. All of these qualities, in addition to her relentless dedication to her clients, have led to Valeria being awarded a place among the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in the area for the last five years!

 

Outside of her professional career, and when she is not at home spending time with her husband and children, Valeria has been involved in numerous community service activities such as serving as a board member for BeLoved Asheville. BeLoved's projects go from providing food to people in need, to street medic care for people living unsheltered, and community outreach for cultural unity and inclusion.

 

The BeLoved Village also offers affordable homes that are safe and sustainable as an answer to the housing crisis, with a unique equity model that helps people to lift themselves out of poverty. Valeria's other volunteering efforts include Habitat for Humanity, MAIN (Mountain Area Information Network), and, when time allows, she also serves as a Spanish interpreter and volunteer for the community.
