Tonia's own Mountain Story? Born and raised in North Carolina, she grew up in Greensboro and attended Appalachian State University. After traveling across the U.S. and Canada, Tonia made her way back to Western NC and settled in Asheville in 1994. She now makes her home in the beautiful Swannanoa Valley with her husband, son, and two lovable rescue dogs.
