Reed Fendler grew up in New England and moved to Asheville with his family in 2007. Having owned or operated businesses since 1981, he has an eye for the multitude of details involved in making the buying or selling experience a positive one. Possessing a tenacious spirit that assures his clients satisfaction, he generally works with fewer clients to focus on their needs, achieving more positive outcomes for win-win results!

Having more than 30 years of experience, with a background in customer service, employee retention, hospitality, and facilities management, his depth and length of experience shine through. He provides each of his clients his undivided attention.

 

Reed lives in Biltmore Forest with his wife and children. He enjoys time off biking at the Biltmore Estate and hiking the trails off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Cooking is his passion, as is spending time with family and friends or dining in the mountains at any number of fabulous spots.
